Travel
“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.”
“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime.”
For me, traveling is not only extremely enjoyable, but it is also essential in order to obtain a balanced and healthy perspective of the world around us. I have been to over 40 countries and territories and have visited every prefecture in Japan.
